Guido is a Computer Engineer with huge of experience in product management
and product development.
Before joining DCG in 2012, Guido has been digital marketing consultant for
consolidated organizations like Mondadori, Telecom Italia, Banzai.
Between 2009 and 2011 Guido founded one of the top 10 Italian blog about
technology and Technotizie.it, a social bookmarking platform with more than 1M
In 2012 Guido joined DCG as CTO, responsible for the technological delivery of all
campaigns and products across all DCG offices (Italy, Singapore, Malaysia,
Guido brings with him considerable experience in product design and platform
delivery from a wide range of industries and projects, having worked with clients
including Ferrero, Barilla, OVS, WWE, Unipol, Mondadori, Telecom Italia, Nestlé and
many more well known global brands.
Raffaele has a mixed international experience both in entrepreneurship and in strategic digital communication and transformation.
He designed and led different digital innovation projects for major retail and distribution companies, financial institutions and banks.
Joined DGC as Chief of Strategy.
Middle East Managing Partner
Alessandro joined DCG’s Italian office in 2009 and after moving to Singapore in 2012
to successfully launch DCG APAC he then took on the same challenge in Dubai in
2015 – where he’s currently based – to start the MENA office.
During his time at DCG Alessandro was instrumental in the development and growth
of Asia operation by expanding the range of services across digital and social media,
building lean, cross disciplinary teams and developing long lasting client
relationships with major brands across various industries including FMCG, retail,
entertainment and many more.
Alessandro holds a MBA from Fondazione Cuoa Business School, obtained in 2012.
TOMMASO M. CHIORINO
Chairman & CEO
Tommaso M. Chiorino is an italian marketing expert with an incredible experience in family business multinational companies.
After the exit from his 120 year old family business CHI (Chiorino International
Holding) he now runs DCG (Global Digital Consultancy Firm) and Gens Holding
(family office) for which he has made several investments and IPOs.
He is Co-CEO of Later (real estate assets), Chairmen of BabyGues.com (innovative baby equipment rental platform), member of FBN
(Family Business Network) and AIDAF (Italian Association of family business).
Tommaso currently resides in Milan, Italy.
Partner DCG APAC
Federico Folcia holds a degree in Economics and BA from University of Pavia.
He worked in London for leading advisory firm Brunswick Group, then for Bloomberg
Financial, both in London and NY.
He is the co-founder of leading vacation rentals
and short term accommodation platform Roomorama.com and currently sits at the
board of Bridge Rentals; he currently resides in Singapore.
Asia Pacific Managing Director
Simone Macario has been a young pioneer in digital and social media
communication industry for nearly ten years, leading as Marketing & Media Director
for the One Day Group held companies (ScuolaZoo, ZooCom, SGTour)
and undertaking political activity within the Milan's Municipal Administration as
President of Social Policies and Welfare. Passionate startup angel, for last few years
has been working in Beijing, and now is directing DCG's Malaysia branch in Kuala
Executive Creative Partner
Matteo Villa started his career in Leo Burnett Agency in Milan, making his creative contribution to projects such as Philip Morris, Fiat, Coca Cola, Grana Padano, Sector. His passion for the computer as a new creative tool brought his experience and his cuoriosity to new media communication. In 2000 he founded with Mark Serianni ICR Network BV and became a Creative Director for ICR Network Italia, so he considerably grew his experience in the B2B Market and international corporate communication for international clients like Glaxo, Galbani Lactalis Group, Ray Ban, GE Americom, Imagistics Pitney Bowes, and Vodafone. In 2005 he founded Vivi Concept, a small creative boutique agency working for international big companies as creative consultant for client like Pirelli Tyre, Sabiana, KTM Sport Motorcycle, Ducati, Bocconi, RCS Mediagroup. In 2016 Vivi Concept merged with DCG Network to open an Italy office and Matteo became executive creative director for all the DCG offices.
